In Wisconsin:

Wisconsin Campgrounds provides information on campgrounds throughout Wisconsin that are members of the Wisconsin Association of Campground Owners.

The Travel Wisconsin site has a directory listing campgrounds in the state. You'll find the directory under The Great Outdoors/Camping.

Wisconsin State Parks and Forests with Camping provides a table of the parks and forests with the number of sites. The table also indicates if there are showers, dump stations, accessible, and the number of electric sites. Camping in Wisconsin State Parks and Forests provides more information including how to reserve a campsite.

Elsewhere:

National Parks Guide from the National Park Service of the U.S. Department of the Interior allows you to search for a national park by name, location, activity, or topic.

Woodall’s produces the popular Woodall’s Campground Directory which can be searched online. The site also has numerous articles about RVs, camping, and other outdoor activities.

Recreation.gov is a one-stop site for information about publicly-managed (primarily federal agencies) recreation sites. Other links include state tourism sites, reservations, national recreation trails, national scenic byways, and recreation maps.
